Former Razorbacks in NFL: Greenlaw, Henry come up big in Week 2

Hunter Henry helped the New England Patriots finally put a win on the board.

The former Arkansas tight end made the start and caught six passes for 66 yards in a 20-3 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

It was New England’s first victory of the 2026 season.

Henry opened the year with three grabs for 40 yards against the Seattle Seahawks. That puts him at nine catches for 106 yards through two games.

He wasn’t the only former Hog putting in work on Sunday. In all, 14 of the 17 former Razorbacks on NFL rosters got into games in Week 2.

Five of them made starts.

Three didn’t play. Taylen Green of the Cleveland Browns, Beaux Limmer of the Los Angeles Rams and John Ridgeway III of the New Orleans Saints all sat this one out.

Greenlaw keeps piling up tackles

Out in San Francisco, Dre Greenlaw keeps doing his job in the middle of the 49ers’ defense.

The linebacker made eight tackles in a 35-13 win over the Miami Dolphins. Only one 49ers player had more.

San Francisco is now 2-0.

Greenlaw had six tackles in a 27-7 win over the Rams to start the season. That gives him 14 tackles in two games.

Kamren Curl has started both games for the Rams. He’s got seven tackles on 88 snaps so far.

Fernando Carmona made his second straight start and played 50 snaps. He’s logged 103 snaps this season.

Hjalte Froholdt got the start too. He was on the field for 75 snaps in a 31-7 loss to the Seahawks, giving him 125 snaps across two starts.

Hogs on both sides of a shootout

The Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions combined for 72 points. Arkansas had three players in that game.

Buffalo won 41-31. Landon Jackson came off the bench for the Bills and made two tackles in 29 snaps. He’s got three stops this season.

Detroit kicker Jake Bates didn’t miss. He made his only field goal from 31 yards and hit all four extra points.

Bates is a perfect 2-for-2 on field goals and 8-for-8 on extra points through two games.

Isaac TeSlaa caught two passes for 26 yards for the Lions. He played 52 snaps.

Seattle’s Julian Neal saw two snaps in the Seahawks’ 31-7 win over the Cardinals.

Jaguars pair comes up short

Jacksonville had two Razorbacks in uniform for a 20-13 loss to the Denver Broncos.

Cam Little made two of his three field-goal tries. His longest came from 44 yards. He also made his lone extra point.

Little has hit four of five field goals and all five extra points this season. His long is 47 yards.

Montaric Brown made four tackles on 38 snaps. He’s up to nine tackles for the year.

Mike Washington Jr. and the Las Vegas Raiders beat the Los Angeles Chargers 26-14. Washington ran three times for 7 yards.

He’s averaging 4.8 yards per carry on 10 attempts this season.

Treylon Burks played 21 snaps for Washington in a 37-20 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. It was his first game action of the year.

Feleipe Franks made a tackle in five snaps for the Carolina Panthers. Carolina cruised past the Atlanta Falcons 34-3.

Henry faces two Hogs next

Week 3 brings a Hog-vs.-Hog matchup.

Henry and the Patriots take on Brown, Little and the Jaguars on Sunday, Sept. 27, at noon.

Somebody from Arkansas is leaving that one happy. Somebody isn’t.
